The rising division in recent years! Wellness is reserved for ladies with muscular and largely developed legs and glutes, while maintaining a slim and toned upper body. Conditioning must present muscle separation while not to the level of Figure and must maintain a slim waist and overall lean physique. Posing includes front and back poses with walk to the front and back of the stage.

Open - Pro Qualifier
Masters (40+) - Pro Qualifier
Teen (16 - 19) - Non-Pro Qualifier
Novice - Non-Pro Qualifier
