Wellness – Official Sanctioned Division

Wellness is an official sanctioned division of ON-X Naturals and one of the fastest-growing divisions in recent years!

This division showcases women with muscular, well-developed legs and glutes paired with a slim, toned upper body. Conditioning should highlight muscle separation without reaching the level expected in Figure, while maintaining a slim waist and an overall lean physique.

Posing includes front and back poses, along with walks to the front and back of the stage to showcase lower-body development, balance, and overall presentation.

Classes:

Masters (40+) - Pro Qualifier

Teen (16 - 19) - Non-Pro Qualifier
